Pool equipment is sized to the water. A pump has to turn the volume over, a filter has to match the pump's flow, and a heater is sized in BTUs for the surface area and the season. PoolTested works through those numbers and compares the equipment that fits.

We cover pumps and filtration, heating, sanitation and water chemistry, manual cleaning, covers and safety, and hot tubs. Robotic pool cleaners belong to RobotCurrent and drinking water to WaterCriteria. Electrical and gas connections should be made by a licensed installer.
